Chef Mansour Gorji’s restaurant, Gorji, is a modern, upscale Mediterranean steakhouse in north Dallas. Recognized as Dallas’ first no tipping restaurant, Gorji is also unique for being a small restaurant with only 5 tables. Chef Gorgi designed the restaurant this way to ensure customers have a pleasurable and relaxed experience.
Customers enjoy the restaurants romantic ambiance paired with one of Chef Gorji’s handpicked wines. Voted Dallas’ Best Steakhouse in 2021 by the Dallas Observer, Gorji offers an elite menu including dishes such as paella, sea bass, and prime beef tenderloin. Not only does Gorji offer delicious food Tuesday through Saturday, but they also create a prixe fixe menu for nearly every holiday.
Recently celebrating their 19th anniversary in March, Gorji is a Dallas staple. LaBarba was lucky to be chosen to assist with their alcohol permitting needs. The LaBarba team coordinated with the City of Dallas, Dallas County, and the State of Texas to obtain the restaurant’s Wine & Malt Beverage Retailers Permit as well as their Food & Beverage Certificate.
