Established in the Fall of 2008, Hidden Lakes Hunting Resort was founded by Billy and Kathryn Burnett who have a passion for hunting. This way of life has stuck with their children, especially their son, Cord Burnett, who is now the owner of the business after his dad retired back in 2013. Their resort specializes in pheasant, quail, chukar, and mix bird hunting.
Southern hospitality is guaranteed when you book a hunt with Hidden Lakes. In addition to spacious hunting lodges, they offer locally grown and personally prepared food. Chef Cruz Minjarez will likely be in the kitchen serving up plates with a little blend of everything. He has been in the food industry for 22 years and discovered his passion for cooking at a very young age. The restaurant offers a five-course meal, which according to many past visitors, is something to write home about.
